Ep 1 “The Next Generation” Season 3 Final Season

What a great Ep already compared to the previous seasons it’s night and day in how the show looks and tone. Right from the start there’s action and not from a character you would expect. The visual effects have been given a big upgrade, expect loads of Easter eggs and references from the shows such as Next Gen, Voyager and even the movies too. The intro and end credits music themes will sound familiar again from the tv shows but also certain next gen movie and even a theme from original Star Trek movies. There is Easter eggs in the end credits and it was also nice that they dedicated the Ep to Actress Annie Wersching who sadly passed away and watch out for the reveal before the Ep ends.
Let’s hope the rest of season is just as strong so far feels and looks like a big screen movie.

Agree, it's a fantastic episode to start the final season of Picard including a character being an unexpected badass & packed full of Star Trek Easter eggs plus dedicating the episode to Annie Wersching (The Borg Queen from season 2) who sadly passed away recently

A very enjoyable start. I'm watching it again as I was half asleep when I saw it early this morning.

Also, Captain Shaw is a dick.

One of fav scenes involves Riker and a certain ensign aboard the Titan, seeing him cracking a joke priceless
