Chris Dobey wins the Masters his first major title defeating Rob Cross 11-7. Newcastle are going well at the moment ain't they.

Interesting to see what impact that has on the imminent announcement of the eight players selected to play in the 2023 Premier League if any at all.

Think Chris Dobey will be in now Just like Joe Cullen and Jonny Clayton who got in by winning the Masters the only difference is there will be 3 spots remaining now instead of 1.

So the draw for a new event called the Champion of Champions Seniors has been made , 7 spots are filled with 1 spot remaining called the Golden Ticket which basically means any non dart player can enter to have the chance to qualify as the Golden Ticket Winner and after that draw was made he or she will take on Phil Taylor , what an honor that would be taking him on.

The event will be free to air on Channel 5 March 25th to March 26th.
