unfortuantely agree with you. her webcam quality since that one evening where the feed broke up has been dreadful since i believe becuase the producers stepped in and had her change whatever streaming software she is using to reduce the bandwidth/upload capacity and reduce the resolution and she has never switched it back. Shame as i bet is was just a temporary internet issue because prior to that her quality was just fine.
