One of his grand-sons is now some kind of curator of books, tapes and files left by the comic legend. His daughters and many jobbing celebs, er, fans of his, came to the house where it's stored to see stuff. No mention of his son, or what became of his final wife. That said, and despite some of the hyperbole, a fascinating insight and revelatory of new-ish material.
Spike Milligan: Love, Light & Peace
Thought this was a repeat, then spent most of it feeling it was all-new. In fact, it was from 2014. Still, no mention of the fate of his son Sean or final wife Sheelagh. Damn, I might as well go look it up myself since I'm so bothered.

The BBC series which cuts together bits of old interviews. In this case, with Alan Whicker, Sheridan Morley, Barry Norman and others.
Talking Pictures: Michael Caine
Another cut-up, with interviews given to Parkinson, Wogan, Norman again, plus an infamous acting masterclass show he was persuaded to give. One theme singled out in clips was his leaving the UK to live in the USA, and eventually coming back.

Acting - Michael Caine on Acting in Film
Said masterclass from 1987 in full, as Mike tells 5 actors his secrets, such as they are, about movie acting, as compared to theatre acting. Celia Imrie is one of the 5, and I recognised a couple of the others.

4.5 Likeable Ed Gamble and charmless Lou Sanders trek around Iceland, dealing with volcanoes, glaciers, endless daylight and somewhat dubious driving.
WMDR
4.6 Two of the Derry Girls cast try Romania's delights, including the Transfagarsan highway, and one of them who claims to be vegetarian eats some sausage to be polite. I never watched DG.

The Media Show - Writing a First Draft of History
Likeable Guardian journalist Gary Younge has written a book. He covered South Africa in the early 1990s, and later spent many years covering the USA, so had lots to discuss.
