Raced over to Felixstowe yesterday for this amazing bird..

Pacific Swift, I missed one 20 years ago when one spent 6 hours in Norfolk...and I was on Anglesey.

This wonderful footage shot in the waters of Mexico has been knocking around for a while now but I've only just found this thread so apologies for that.
Its an enormous,female great white shark that has been estimated to be well over twenty feet in length.Not the largest ever recorded but still a whopper to say the least and certainly the largest ever filmed alive.Marine biologists have named her "Deep Blue" and she is believed to be over fifty years old.

Amazing shots taken from a drone capturing a Blue Whale feeding using its roll technique in order to take in the maximum amount of plankton.

Poor sloth!

Last year during lockdown I thought I'd try something different with my interest in nature and made a Moth trap to see what species of Moth I got in the garden... the results have been pretty amazing and now I've become hooked on Moth... Anyways here's one I got today. It's called a Garden Tiger

The latest addition to my Moth list. It's an Old Lady... Never really a good idea to say I have an OLD LADY in a trap
