A breakaway by 3 riders has lead to a photo finish.

Matej Mohoric must have won the stage by about 1 inch.

Today's stage20 is a 133.5km mountain course between Belfort to Le Markstein Fellering.

To win the yellow jersey, all that Jonas Vingegaard has to do is not fall off.

Thibaut Pinot in his last ever mountain stage broke away from the peloton but was later joined by other riders, Felix Gall, the Yates brothers and yellow and white jersey leaders Jonas Vingegaard and Tadej Pogacar.

Pinot couldn't hold the pace and dropped off and the duel between Jonas Vingegaard and Tadej Pogacar lasted till the finish with Pogacar celebrating a stage win.

The results for the GC will be Vingegaard, Pogacar and joining them on the podium will be Adam Yates. Simon Yates finished in fourth.

Stage21. The final procession from Saint-Quentin-En-Yvelines to Paris.

It's a 115.1km flat course which will only come to life on the Champs-Elysees when the sprinters try to take the stage win.

RE: Tour de France
It's the start of the 2024 Tour tomorrow.

However stages1 -3 are in Italy.

Sir Mark Cavendish is set to ride in his final tour after being named in the Astana Qazaqstan's team. He's hoping to break the record for the number of stage wins.

It's going to be another Pogcar v Vingegaard rematch, with another 3 or 4 riders in contention. The one to watch could be Ineos Grenadiers's Spanard Carlos Rodriguez. He has a great backing squad.

^ I’ve just submitted my Fantasy team. Pogacar, Vinegard, Phillipsen & Cavendish made my team. They’ve changed the Fantasy scoring this year so points available for time spent in breakaways so I’ve tried to pick a few riders who might do that as well.

Mark Cavendish is struggling on stage 1.
The course is very difficult and it's very hot. His entire team are trying to get him through the climb that he's having problems with.
It's been announced that he has stomach problems.

He could find himself too far back and doesn't meet the required time.

Cavendish has to be within 40 minutes of the Peloton. Currently with about 15km to go, his team are keeping him at about 30 minutes. If they think that he can't make it in time then they will leave him so that they make the time themselves.
