A babe on now called Lolkat with an average camera quality. Compare and contrast to BS and their 2 tv channels with promo ads running for large parts of the day. Who is getting this right.
Answer, neither one! Apart from (subjective) the who is on, which for me gives it to Xpanded (always exceptions), they are both a pale shadow of their former selves! BS off air for the majority of time as you rightly say Booms, and Xpanded unable to react to absentees, with dwindling numbers! What happened (to paraphrase Michael Smerconish CNN) to when we were united in praise of pretty much all the channels to different degrees?? Now we have lost 90% plus of those channels completely, and are increasingly frustrated (rarely with the girls themselves) with the 3 that remain??

What I mean by that is the fact that the Nightshows brings in the bulk of their cash so it would make sense to offer some day shifts to any Nightshows babes that are happy to do a few days, thus keeping them happy. It is still a relatively small roster, and there's not enough Nightshifts for everyone.
Minute I would suggest! The point being, not so long ago, it was the complete opposite (relative also maybe) in both day and night time shifts. It can't be overlooked, that many left 'abruptly', after seemingly being settled - Michelle Moist at the night time slot being foremost among them (Kendall Kay??) and a large number from the day shows. It can't be a coincidence, so what was said, done, or happened - to make so many jump ship?? They haven't been replaced, except in a small number of cases, and in those cases, a few stayed the proverbial 5 minutes, like they didn't know what they had signed up for, but found out B D Q that they didn't like it, before they ran too!
Holding onto performers who get established seems to be a perennial challenge at Xpanded. I've lost count of the number of new babes who started out on the channel, got a good number of shows under their belt establishing themselves, only to then 'leave the building', either moving to BS or just disappearing in a puff of smoke. As has been said before many times, the only-fans ban is a big factor here.
However, to add abit of balance to this conversation, I draw attention to the following comment made by Honey Rocks in the "Xpanded tv - General Chat & Discussion" Nightshow thread last night

And also forget that Xpanded was around for a long time before it launched on TV 11 years ago as an Internet Online operation only.
The people running the channel know what they are doing and what works and it will continue. It’s outlived a lot of other satellite TV channels and still around.
They know how to successfully run within their budgets, what works etc which is why they are still around.
There is a lot of talk in the broadcasting industry about all TV going Online only with all channels but I don’t think that will happen for a long time yet.
Xpanded isn’t going away.
