I'll preface this by saying that I don't want to kiss Charlene's ass or make 'virtual enemies' (I've never been interested in making friends or enemies on the net), just making a few observations in all honesty.
Some users in this discussion have on several occasions repeatedly insinuated that Charlene, for obscure reasons, would receive 'preferential treatment', whereby she would be allowed to do things that other performers are not allowed to do. That se enjoys some sort of "feudal privilege" perhaps, I don't know
It seems to me that this idea, in the absence of objective evidence worthy of the name, is merely the product of a sort of cognitive distortion determined by the personal dislike that these users feel towards Charlene, determined either by certain polemical attitudes (often questionable) of Charlene herself, or by other factors, much more unpleasant, which I do not think it appropriate to mention (but which I think have weight, especially in someone's judgements).
Those who have been following this channel for a long time should know that the producers, as is quite physiological, have always tended to be more relaxed when it comes to managing shows of long-term performers, whom they know they can trust (in the sense that they know it won't get them into trouble); one thinks, looking back at the past, of Lejla X, or Sindy Schimdt, or at present of Leetizia herself, who sometimes does very 'risky' things exactly like Charlene.
It is equally physiological that, with new performers, producers, not having this confidence, tend to be more concerned. To be worried that they might be 'careless' and get into trouble. And therefore, perhaps, that sometimes these performers can be less "Free" in managing their shows
These dynamics are, moreover, similar to those in many other working environments: an employee's margin of discretion in choosing how to carry out his/her tasks/activities often depends on the employer's trust in him, which in turn is usually built up over the long term.
another thing: everyone is obviously free to complain as much as they want, I have often complained about this channel on this topic..but over the course of (at least) the last three years the same criticisms have been reiterated on an almost daily basis...
guys...this channel has long been at a level of mediocrity which - clearly - still guarantees sufficient profitability to continue broadcasting. The situation is always the same. Are you still surprised by the fact that there are less than competent cameramen etc.etc.?
There are periods when it's worse (periods like the current one...few performers, a lot of nights with only highlights etc.) and periods when it's better. It's a cycle that goes on periodically. Even from this point of view, there is no significant difference compared to the past.
The golden era of BS24 is long gone, at least 8 years ago.We must accept it with sad resignation
Some final thoughts:
- Daniiluve and Runa are good performers. Over time, they could become pillars of this channel and be freer to express themselves if the trust described above is established.
- What happened to Leetizia?
- Charlene has tamed herself A LOT. A shame.
- Nice to see Lillian back on schedule. A terribly boring performer, but a beautiful woman (by my standards)
