The Bottom Line
Steve talks to John Bolton for half an episode, and manages to give the other half to talk to Sarah Leah-Watson, maybe because a full show with Bolton would have rotted his mind.

10.9 The semi-final sees Emma Bunton faced with 8 portraiters, as the 7 heat winners are joined by one best runner-up.
PAotY 2023
10.10 The final sees Joan Bakewell get her turn in the chair. 2 of the 3 finalists are quite gimmicky, so it's a relief that the judges declare the non-gimmicky one as series winner.

Arena - Peter Shaffer
A decent little effort from 1976, with a chat to the playwright, and an extract from Equus, with Colin Blakely doing his best.

10.11 The winner paints naturalist Dr Jane Goodall, and does a decent job, which everyone likes.

ex-s: The Wicker Man
How telly works: 25 years ago, when Edward Woodward, Christopher Lee, Ingrid Pitt and Tony Roper were all alive, this short tribute film was made to mark 25 years since the classic horror film was made. And now, to mark 50 years of the film, here's a repeat.

Arena - Louise Brooks
This 1986 profile benefitted from Ms Brooks herself turning out to still be quite alive and spirited enough to dish the dirt and keep it real (etc). An early case of the Hollywood system's poor treatment of chicks.
