NFL 2023-2024 Season

I liked that Purdy was prepared to put his body on the line when it matters. He makes a decent runner and was prepared to go head first into the tackle. But he's not in the same class as Mahones.

There are several negatives which they need to improve before the Superbowl. But one thing that they can't change is their terrible kicker.

^^ KC definitely have the edge on the kicking front, Butker is ranked 4th 94% conversion rate, Moody is ranked 14th at 84%. Butker missed twice from 35 attempts, Moody 4 misses from 25.
Butker has a longer range, & is a 7 year veteran, Moody is in his rookie year.

I'm hoping it's a "Pick Em" game and the line is even
1 Point is the smallest spread in Super Bowl history (it's happened a few times)
Spread history is sort of hard to track due to varying lines across different places

It's not like the Pro Bowl is a thing anymore, not that it was ever anything more than an exhibition game.

I use to watch it since it was the "Last Game" of the year
After a while, very few of the top players would even play in it, so you may have see the 7th or 8th best QB in the conference.

I think there is slightly more interest in this form of the "Pro Bowl Games"
Really tough sport to do any sort of "All Star" game for, since you can't do it during the season, and the end of the season, no one cares enough to play (or watch).

^^ There's is a big gulf in performance when you watch college football & NFL, so having the sports elite athletes playing flag football is a big downgrade. The League had no choice in the change of format, take this season as an example, the 49ers had 9 players selected & 12 alternates, this would be common among the 2 side competing in the Super Bowl.
Personally I'd rather watch/listen to Taylor Swift.

The 49ers have their own celebrity couple, CMC & Olivia Culpo, far less annoying than the Swiftie nonsense.
