Billed as a more personal series, so the competitive premise of previous series seems to have been dropped (good), in favour of a more generalised happy-clappy, "why aye, mate, what a lot of good grub there is about" vibe etc. Dave's fragility is mildly telegraphed in that Si does more of the heavy lifting in segments (eg how to make a haggis).
