Some bad news I'm afraid. Xpanded has been found "in breach" of broadcasting standards made public today in the latest Ofcom broadcast bulletin.
Some action between 4.45am and 5.00.
I have to say I'm surprised. The girls always cover up before 5am but this was down to simulated gestures made after 04.30 which apparently is an hour before the 05.30 cut off. It seems that hour is regarded by Ofcom as a similar watershed to 9-10pm. I've never heard of that one... have you?
I hope the fine, when it comes isn't huge cos it might be the straw etc

It doesn't say anything about a statutory sanction. Not that I can see anyway. Unless I've missed something, there isn't going to be any fine.
