Yes, only the second time a Greek side have been in a European final, and only the first time they've won one. Congratulations to Olympiakos! I'm old enough to remember the other time, when Panathinaikos lost to Ajax in the early 70s. I also remember the year when the Greek National side won the European Championship.

Yes, 2004. And Ajax v Panathinaikos in the European Cup was 1971.
