Very GND 'Girl Next Door' type and coulld really play on that but I guess she's a complete newbie right now and nervous and it shows.. All gotta start somewhere but any girl with potential would start to show signs of relaxing a bit and shine through 2/3 hours into her first shift. Right now she's still fully dressed, let's see how it goes...

Yes. I am still inclined to give her a pass, because it's her first night.

It looks like she really has to learn this from scratch.

Its so wierd, the moment i saw her added to the list of babes and the schedule, i took one look at her and my mind said this would be a flop. I was hoping i was just being synical. She appears thaat nervous its coming across as being really pissed off, I mean at least crack a smile even if its a sign of nerves right?

I hate making assumptions and writing her off immediately, but you tend to spot the good ones early on even if it starts tame. Sorry an all. This kinda looks like a 'one trick pony' for 1 night.

Same as any job, your first day/night whatever it is you do. You know in yourself if this is for you and when it comes to the adult industry its very fickle. It's exceptionally stupid to let such an inexperienced Babe do the Saturday night show alone in the studio.

You don't let a school band play the Super Bowl Halftime Show either.

So the producers are to blame.

Absolutely their fault, this was the one time you needed an experienced babe to help guide and show her and even someone to converse with in the studio to help alleviate some fears. This must be absolutely gut wrenching for her, when your nervous or scared no matter how hard you try to hide it, its so hard not to give into the unfamiliar circumstance. She needed a guided hand to show her her what to do and how to just 'perform'. Even venom wasn't the right person to chose to put her on with regardless of the fact she didnt turn up.

They need a campaign of new girls desperately at this point. The schedule again for the coming week proves they are struggling hence what they've done tonight with this new girl.

Sorry to say, your not going to see anything much entertaining from Katharina this evening. Lets not blame the girl though eh. Just bad timing.
