I wondr how many more countries will follow UK and ban arms exports. I get the feeling if we are the only one doing so, is there a possibility it could have a spectacular backfire on our econnomy?

We haven't banned arms exports, it's 30 arms export licences out of 350, so no where near a ban, the right wing press are making more out of it for a reason.
Labour should have done more, our weapons are aiding in mass murder, 40,000+ deaths in Gaza is not acceptible. Also, the people claiming the UK has turned it's back on Israel are full of shit. As was said, nobody is saying they shouldn't be allowed to defend themselves, but claiming mass murder is self defence is utter nonsense, it needs to stop.

On the news around 1,200 people were injured after Israel managed to detonate and cause explosions of pagers of Hezbollah members in Lebanon. Eight people are reported have been killed.
