^^ No play has been possible on the first 2 days. After rain prior to the start of the match the outfield is still unfit for play despite some improvement. If no further rain falls it is hoped that play will be possible on day 3. Greater Noida has been used for T2oI & ODI's, but this is the first Test Match at the venue, & it could be the last as it has fallen short of the expected standards on & off the ground.

^^ The nightmare is over, Day 5, match abandoned due to rain. I believe this is the first case ever in a Test Match in India. Greater Noida may have to wait some time before it host another, if at all.
