I don't think we actually 'missed' anything much. I don't know what went out on Sky but during the stream of pic promos on my Freeview recording there are glimpses of Lori just lying on the bed relaxing and talking to people off camera. She was evidently aware there was a problem and taking the opportunity for a breather.

I imagine the sky stream had the same problems. I like to think Lori caused a few transmitters to blow-up after a sudden surge of viewers once word got out. Either that or just crap equipment, which given the "quality" of the cameras is probably where my money would go.
