So they've announced that Starmer, Rayner & Reeves will no longer accept donations for Clothes. However it seems they will still accept them for Football Tickets, Taylor Swift Concerts and under-declared New Year trips to a rich bloke's New York Penthouse.

Red/blue, labour/tory, the 2 "big" parties have pretty straightforward agendas, see, a lot of people think it's all "rich vs. poor" when really it is old vs. young. It's simple... labour hate the elderly and tories hate the young. Once that is understood, things become much simpler. Of allll the issues you can think of, what have labour done virtually straight away, gone after and further planned to go after people that are getting on in age. So predictable and so tiresome. Of all the people that are safe under labour it is the benefit claimers (unless you're old).

Also, tories but red instead of blue? We have just lived through about 14 years of the most left wing government i can think of. If you dropped into the world and knew nothing about the tories then you would think we have just come out of the other end of some far left blue coloured shit show. How anyone that leans left has anything negative to say about tory policy is beyond me. They are more left wing than labour by far. Absolute mongs that moan about the "right wing racist tories" lmao. Nothing right wing or racist about them. They had a huge majority for yonks and what did they do? flooded the country with immigrants, spunked shocking amounts of money on benefits and plopped in an unelected indian bloke as leader. Hmmm, I find this a bit dubious. Duffield has been at odds with Labour leadership for yrs particulalry over the issue of Trans rights, she said in an interview with Lewis Goodall this morning that she has been thinking about her place in the party for years and doesn't like what she called a shift to the right, what a coencidence that she came to that conclusion right after an election when she stood on Starmer's platform when everyone knew what direction that platform was going in.

If she calls a by-election the fair play to her, if not she's full of shit.

I doubt many will follow in her footsteps, it's going to take one pretty big scandal to light a fuse under this government and cause it's downfall in such s short space of time. TBH, I would say that if Duffield's resignation does result in a by election then I would say the majority she got in July probably would more than likely make it a very safe Labour seat. I think the only way the Conservatives would win the seat, if they were to field a big name ex minister.
