Mario Bava's violent Masterpiece Bay of Blood (1971) is a movie almost every slasher since has borrowed from, most notably Friday the 13th Part Two, which steals the entire couple being impaled while having a sex scene. The practical effects in particular are quite impressive for the time. 5/5
