Giants v Panthers in Munich isn't the most appealing game to kick off week 10 with both teams 2-7

True boom the Panthers have been very poor this season
I'll just look forward to watching the 6pm and 9.15pm games
And have a nice heart rate after the ravens again tried to send me 6ft under the early hours of Friday morning

Panthers 20 - 17 Giants O/T
Even the overtime was underwhelming, Giants fumbled on their first play, Panthers then complete the formality by kicking a field goal. Young has a steady game, nothing spectacular but he didn't hurt his team in the same way that Jones did with many missed opportunities & threw 2 int's. Hubbard had a huge game for the Panthers with 153 yards on the ground & a td.

Chiefs 16 - 14 Broncos
Should the rest of the NFL teams just accept that the Chiefs will now go unbeaten all the way to the a record breaking 3rd straight Super Bowl. The Broncos had them today, but their go ahead game winning field goal attempt was blocked as time ran out.

The 49er's kicker Moody managed to miss 3 field goals in their match against Tampa Bay.
But managed to convert a last kick of the match to win 23 -20.

Buccs 20 - 23 49ers
So good to have CMC back, only averaging 3 yards per carry but he has twice as many catching yards, with 100 yards combined, his dual threat is hard to contain & opens up so many other options on offence.
Kicker Moody returned from injury, but missed 3 field goals before redeeming himself with the game winning kick on the last play of the game. The 49ers have to start putting teams away early or this season is gone.
Purdy passed for 350+ yards, Mayfield barely passed 100, this shouldn't have ever been close.

SNF
Lions 26 - 23 Texans
This match-up lived up to it's Prime Time billing. teams with great talent & their spirit epitomises their Head Coaches.
Ryan had his players fired up after their loss to the Jets. Almost for the first time this season Goff was off,, some credit credit much go to the Texans D for applying pressure. On the flipside Stroud looked good & he had to be with the Lions containing the running game of Mixon.
Texans up 23-7 at halftime before an impressive comeback, Campbell highlighted the need for turnover as he was interviewed on the side line as the half got underway his team delivered before he could finish his sentence. Goff gave the ball back soon after with an interception, but the Lions responded with another turnover. This time the Lions made no mistake Montgomery scored from 3 yards, as is the norm they gambled on a 2 point attempt to try to bring the game to within one score, despite failing, the Lions had all the momentum.
They strung together 19 unanswered points culminating in a 52 yard game winning fiel goal by Bates.
Goff had looked a little panicked in the first half, pushing too hard to get a grip on the game, he got be excused for one of his 5 interceptions on a Hail Mary at the end of the first half, otherwise it was a bit untidy, until his 2nd half resurgence.
The Texans could get much going in the 2nd half & will rue not turning at least one of the 3 first half fiel goals into TD's

Dolphins 23 - 15 Rams
Ultimately the team that were able to get the ball into the End Zone twice came out on top. The Rams had chances, but could only muster 5 field goals. The Rams had 89 yards more offence than the Dolphins, but on the flipside were -64 on 6 penalties, on one occasions it cost them a missed field goal, the Dolphins had only one penalty & had the advantage on 3rd down efficiency.
The upshot is that the Rams fall a game back in the tight NFC West, the Dolphins might well need the go unbeaten to the end of the regular season to make the playoffs.
