Jonathan Bailey plugs the Wicked movie, whilst Hugh Grant pushes Heretic and is generally anarchic by this show's standards; later Cynthia Erivo plugs the Wicked movie, though Brett Goldstein has yet another comedy series going on.

Frasier (2023) Ep 5 "The Squash Courtship of Freddy's Father" Season 2 & Ep 6 "Cape Cod" Season 2.

Thomas Hardy's Dorset
BBC4 have really dug out a lot in this season. Sir Michael Hordern took his big stick and visited parts of the area in 1989, rivers and buildings familiar from usage in his books. I always think of Hordern when I watch Gone Fishing because he told some angling tales.

A European profile which helped by having Caine himself talking about his career. They even got a bloke out of Madness to discuss one of their greatest songs (which they don't do live much these days).

Noel and Mike make it 2 OBs in 2 weeks, with a quest to find the long lost Esher Studios.

FZ takes a rare break, probably to film another tedious special, and leaves some bird to handle the interviews with nutcases.

6.2 Zambia, with Babatunde Aleshe and Kae Kurd. Kae does most of the driving, though Baba does get a short go towards the end. Some sand and heights, but by definition a canoe ride to look at hippos isn't really a dangerous road.

A compilation show, almost entirely on the Dave years, and even then missing a couple of shows out. But fun all the same, especially the unseen bits.

War Art with Eddie Redmayne
The actor looks into WW1 cartoonists and painters, then a few modern examples of similar. He learns that there was a special unit, the Artists Rifles.
