RE: Xpanded Dayshow - General Chat & Discussion
When you pull up the info banner on the Sky TV channel it reads "Come & meet the fun & bubbly girls we've handpicked for Xpanded TV daytime shows"
That is the experience that they are advertising, & must have set out to employ that type of girl. As employers you would expect/hope that they kept their eyes on the ball & that all their roster continue to give off the right vibe.
What you can't expect & don't want, is a load of clones, you want a range of personalities. At the extreme, Mari Jayne even out does Clara in the energy she gives off, not movement as such, but she is hyper. Personally I prefer those types to dial it down when I'm interacting with them, I like someone a bit calmer & more relaxed. But for anyone deciding to call, it is exactly what most are looking for.
We have to be careful, as much as we think, guess or believe what we see in front of our eyes, there is stuff that we don't know & never will. If we chose to believe all that is Twitter, do that at your own peril, a platform owned by a propagandist.
If any babeshow performer is unhappy, their employer should have a duty of care to monitor & council that situation in an effort to improve matters. If there's a problem. don't ignore it, find a solution, hopefully not sacking them, that would just make things worse. Some babes come & go, that is the nature of the business, but there does appear to be a level of loyalty displayed. Maybe most if not all of the above goes on in terms of help/guidance. I know that employer/employee feedback exists at BS, at some level formal or informal, you would assume that it is the same at XP.

I hit a length more consistently than even Glenn McGrath used to.
