I've aleays been trained to give a receipt, but when some customers bring back stuff to get money back, I ask if they have a receipt and they say 'no' so they have to waste my time to get a receipt reprinted to do the refund, when they DID ask for a receipt in the first place then walk off without it!!
That's when I put receipts in the bin, and clear bins out at the end of the day. Maybe its about time companies also thought about sending purchase receipts to email as well as customer orders - thus saving on paper waste (& trees) at the same time???

It was 2 bottles of Lucozade, a loaf of bread, and 2l of milk.
I wasn't going to be bringing anything back for a refund

People who spend their money on modifying their cars and motorbikes to make them as noisy as possible and then rev up their engines to the max to show what utter bellends they are on busy residential roads.
