Her acting seemed overshadowed by her private life (unsuccessful marriage to Laurence Harvey, bit better marriage to Michael Wilding) and death of MS at just 53.
TBF - James Robertson Justice
He taught falconry to then-Prince Charles, and won a drinking contest with Ernest Hemingway. A superbly reliable character actor who had to deal with personal tragedy.

Watched the New Wallace & Gromit It was funny and of the usual Aardman standard. I expect judging by the ending, the penguin is going to be on the loose. And will Norbot be around too?

Ex-S: I Know Where I'm Going
Decent little repeat from the mid-90s about the Archers' classic. Still a tribute to the magic of the movies that the leading man never went to the location because he was doing a play, so they used doubles and other tricks to make it plausible.

7.8 Down to the river Frome in a quest for grayling, as their surprisingly longest series draws to a close. Bob caught a trout, and Paul had already caught a cold. Bob also caught a gurnard, and they were able to check out Chesil Beach. Bob even demonstrated his amazing apple-splitting routine.

Again, another warm and welcome series. Unlike the last one, which felt like they wanted to stop, this felt like they were happy to keep going as long as possible.
Mortimer & Whitehouse: Gone Christmas Fishing
7.x To the Lot Valley in South-West France, which was a field day for the cinematographers. They both caught a vandoise, Paul got a bream and Bob managed a carp. They moved spots a lot, and even got through 2 different accommodations, and made good fun of rudimentary French. They both acknowledged that age is catching them up. Another successful catch.

Alistair Sooke fronts this 2019 series, though someone else dubs the linking bits for some reason.
1/6 - Family and Ancestors
Al gets invited to someone's memorial, and then later to a different couple's wedding, helpfully meshing multiple styles.
2/6 The Art of Character
Calligraphy, a cunning cryptographic ruse to thwart the sorts of dimwits who feel Greek letters are too fiddly to learn. Americans, in other words.
CGT
3/6 - Cosmopolitan China
The Tang Dynasty, a trip up Mount Hua, the wonders of an air jacuzzi.
4/6 - Made in China
Blue and white porcelain, the individual wonders of the terracotta army, and the intricacy in embroidering silk.

The Bottom Line
Steve Clemons clearly filmed several episodes in Doha. The first here was with a Greek Foreign Minister, Jan Lipavsky, whose NATO mouthpiece act was pretty smooth. Then SC spoke to regular Daniel Levy, over whether Trump might put any mockers on Netanyahu's maniacal campaigns.
