So Congress, full of elected representatives commonly called 'lawmakers', passed a bill into law. It was challenged in the courts, as is the right, and ultimately, the Supreme Court ruled that this law was legit.
All fairly normal and common procedures in a modern democracy.

But then the orange man-baby comes in and just overturns that without any logical reasoning or justification. This in the supposed biggest democracy in the world!
An ultimate leader having ultimate power to overturn democratic decisions and to overturn the highest court in the land without having to go back to congress to make a new law overturning the old law, sounds more dictatorial than democratic to me.
Think this alone sums up the awful and confused state of america's 'democracy'.
