RIP John Sykes

Sad News that Guitarist with both Whitesnake and Thin Lizzy John Sykes has died aged 65

John was exceptional I think he pushed Coverdale's voice more than any other guitarist did in Whitesnake and was simply brilliant and stylish and a great guitar player. He has left a great legacy in music and guitar playing. His solos on "Slide it in" are amongst my favourite of his.
