3 - Harris & Lewis, rounding off the Hebrides, with a new van, banter about woolly hats, the RNLI, Gaelic, seals, and oh, some more swims.
J&G's WS: TIA
4 - To Orkney, where there's a subplot about their marriage in a hot air balloon in 1999, and the presence of a famous chapel built by Italian POWs leads to them renewing their vows, 25 years on. Oh, and some more swims.

Hammer: Heroes, Legends and Monsters
Charles Dance narrates the story of one of Britain's greatest film companies, its rise and fall, with directors like Landis, Dante and Carpenter paying homage, as well as staffers and cast like Caroline Munro and Maddie Smith. The company was effectively named after Hammersmith, London fans.

4 - Aston Villa
Well, we all know how cosmopolitan Birmingham keeps claiming to be. So, it's pad thai, followed by wild mushroom & truffle ravioli, followed by a mixed grill. He's less taken with pork scratchings, though.

5 - Brighton & Hove Albion
Down by the seaside, for beef birria tacos, monkfish with a pumpkin selection, and a smoked mackerel sandwich to finish. But he didn't care for seaside rock.

5 - Finally to Shetland, to make almost no reference to the hit drama, instead to have more swims, visit another sauna, talk about Vikings, and moot ideas for a 3rd series.

But overall, this was watchable stuff again, possibly more coherent with the overall journey theme.

My Friend Lanre
Film-maker Leo Regan documents his dying friend photo-journalist Lanre Fehintola as he is diagnosed with lung cancer and reflects on his difficult life (care homes, heroin, you get the idea).

The Making of Bill Gates
Helpful BBC infomercial for the obscenely rich glasses-wearer who's got a part-memoir out, which involved a presenter trekking out to Seattle to meet Bill and his sisters.
