I wonder how this will play out at home, the UK public as a whole hate Trump and love the monarchy it will no doubt be a bitter taste for many to have to see our "beloved" King roll out the red carpet for the orange buffoon. Not to mention that a British PM appearing subservient to a US President is a ghost that particuarly haunts the Labour Party.

Or will it look good that Starmer went over there after/as well as Macron rather than the sole leader sucking up and will they give Starmer the benefit of the doubt because this is the only way you can work with such a crackpot, whilst approving of the increase of defence spending ?
