WWE Bret Hart return

We cut to a clip of Bob Barker with his Slammy Award thanking the fans for voting for him. Vince then asks Dennis Miller who he would choose as a Raw guest host. Dennis says Bret Hart and Vince says that last time Bret was there, Bret screwed Bret. Dennis then asks the fans if they would like to see it and they go crazy as Vince walks off upset.

During last night's WWE RAW telecast, WWE Hall Of Famer Bret "The Hitman" Hart was teased as a potential guest host for a future edition of RAW.

According to ProWrestling.net, the mere mention of Hart on RAW would lead some to believe that WWE has at least broached the subject with Hart himself. The website went on to claim that Hart could potentially host the January 4th edition of the show.

Obviously that is strictly speculation. We should have an update on this later today.
Jim Neidhart said at an autograph signing this past weekend in Long Island, New York that WWE is working on a DVD looking at The Hart Foundation, likely the whole family and not just Neidhart and Bret Hart’s tag team. Apparently Neidhart just finished shooting some interviews for the project.

With WWE teasing a return by Bret Hart on last night’s RAW, this adds to the speculation that Bret might be returning to WWE in some fashion

JR on Bret Hart possibly hosting RAW: The teasing of Bret Hart potentially hosting Raw was cool. That was the first that I had officially heard of any sort of 'Hitman' return but it's always good to see Bret in any forum and one would think that the WWE HOF'er would enhance the ratings for Raw when and if Bret does make an appearance. Could that particular appearance occur on January 4? Your guess is as good as mine.

did anyone else read Bret's biography? It's a fantastic read, he's my favorite wrestler of all time.
I dont watch wrestling anymore, a huge UFC fan these days, but if Bret guest hosts then I'll surely be tuning in.

"One can finally put an end to the speculation regarding Bret Hart returning to WWE--it is going to happen.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter confirmed that Hart has signed a deal with WWE that makes him available as an on-air character from 1/1/10 through 4/10/10; it essentially means he will work with WWE until just past WrestleMania."

That's great news! Did anyone every see that interview with the hitman,when he was going to meet up with VINCE,after he got screwed against HBK,and they were going to meet in a park but Vince wanted armed bodyguards surrounding the park when he was going to meet the HITMAN lol.

As we reported just moments ago, Bret Hart has signed a short term talent deal with WWE that will go into effect on January 1st, 2010.

At this time, The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Hart is expected to debut with the company as the special guest host of Raw on January 4th, which of course goes head-to-head with TNA Impact that night.

Additionally, it's being said that Hart's talent deal does not expire until April 10th, 2010, and it is expected that Hart's work with WWE will not be limited to just one appearance as Raw's guest host. In fact, there is talk at this time of Bret possibly wrestling one more match, but that is simply speculation at the moment and nothing has been confirmed
