Play.com Monster Sale

Thought you guys might like know that play.com have started there sale on today, got some good deals on dvds and games, just bought zodiac - directors cut at £7.99 down from £16.99 and supernatural season 1 from £9.99 down from £39.99 .

gotta love the credit crunch. we all realise if we wait till after christmas to buy these prices will drop further still lol

Tell me about it, it takes the piss you buy something next min they drop the price. These days you don't know whether to wait to buy it now before it sells out or wait for a price drop lol.

I was watching an ad on tv for Gamestation that said, Fifa 09, Half Price all next week yesterday, but after looking at the small print at the bottom of the screen noticed, sale ends 21st December at 5:30pm!

lol, yeah, good plan though, dad goes into the shop looking to buy Fifa 09 for son thinking, half price ftw, and ends up getting shafted, I'm sure they have a good excuse like, because demand was so high all the stock sold out so as a result we had to buy in more and have to sell them at market value to meet demand or some crap like that.

That sounds about right lol.
