Can you clarify what the problem is mate?
Inability to open the files may be because you're not using something like WINZIP to extract the videos from inside the rar files. Also, one rar file may not work without its partner file(s) and so opening or attempting to open only one will also result in an error.
Inability to download is a separate issue. If rapidhsare is busy, which it frequently can be, you just need to persevere. If you're a free user, which is to say you are not paying for a membership, then you will have a d/l limit and a substantially reduced d/l speed too.
If you can give us a bit more info, we might be able to help you out. Let us know what error messages you are getting, if any, and at what stage you get them. Basically, talk us through what you're doing.

Try using 7-Zip (you can get it for free HERE) it's what I used to archive the videos. Although if you already have WinZip installed you should have been able to extract the mp4 file.
Have you downloaded ALL the rar files for the particular video?
Also, make sure that each of the files are stored in the same location on your computer (on the desktop, for example) otherwise you will get an error message like the one you are describing. After installing 7-Zip, to extract the video, right-click on any of the rar files and select "extract to..." and then a folder will be created with the mp4 inside it.
