I suspect that certain babechannel managers simply go on escort sites, spot a girl they reckon will be popular on the channels and then email them with the offer, 'We can't pay you much, but your new found fame will mean you can charge a few hundred extra quid for 'personal' services.'

That's definitely the thinking behind putting new babes on the daytime shows first. I don't think it was with the likes of Carmen, Lori and Paige initially but I think the success they had once they moved to nights made them think it'd be best to have a girl build a fan base on the day shows, get the guys desperate to see their tits and then throw them on the night shows, like Jessica and Jasmine. I think they've done it too quickly with Georgie, Summer and Tammy though.
