'Most explicit show ever' coming to the UK is the claim!

Has anyone else heard about this or even seen it?

Its already aired its first 2 episodes sateside and is set to come to the UK in the summer though channel or dates are tbc.

Can anyone confirm if it really is that explicit?

I've read a few mixed reviews about, apparently the sex and violence is pretty serious, I'm assuming some of the reviewers were a little put off by it.
I haven't found a UK start date, according to a few places it hasn't been bought over here yet.

It seems to me that if they are as advertised then it could spark more debate on why the babechannels cant go any further than they currently do. There are already many examples of when TV shows are allowed to show full frontal nudity, sex etc in the name of education, I wonder how far they will allow this show to go in the name of entertainment????

You've gotta remember that as far as TV officials and them lot are concerned the Babe Shows are not entertainment or editorial content. They are adverts for the number on your screen and the services provided (call the girls, picture downloads, website membership and all that stuff) so untill coke and pepsi start advertising their refreshing beverages between a whooping great big pair of oiled up boobies while another girl uses her well trained and shaved girl parts to pop the top off another bottle, we will find it a constant strugle to up the game on TV.

The show is hilarious, its like soft porn meets 300 with a bit of gladiator thrown in for good measure. Bare in mind this is from the makers of Zena and Hercules, HBO drama it's not. The sex scenes seem like they were just thrown in for a laugh, it's so bad it's almost good. Lucy Lawless does get a fingering by a female servant to "warm her up" for sex with her husband though and she got the puppies on show, so Zena fans will be pleased. In no way are the sex and violence serious but beware lots of scenes of very shiny nude men.

The ads have started on Bravo, it's supposed to start on the 25th of this month.

Despite protests, the channel is giving it a push (good for them), it's also been picked up for a second season in the U.S.

Have seen 3 episodes and diehardguy 's description is spot on. The only other thing I would add is that the "language" is OTT
(the c word etc.) just like everything else on the show.
I think watching it comes under the banner of "guilty pleasure".
