I was pointing it out for people with files they either own or have permission to distribute but have had issues with spurious DMCA claims lately

Personally I don't get involved with distributing content I don't own or don't have a licence for so can't comment on distributing content without permission

At the end of the day removal of images you don't own I would think to be a minor problem if the owner ever decided to claim for infringement

Totally lost interest in posting on this site after one of the Mods took away the rep he gave me, so i wont be making backups of any of my videos. If anyone is interested in any of the videos i posted on the Uploady site you can download the vids by right clicking on the embedded post after you have pressed the play button and selecting "Save video as"
I posted quite a few, so its easier to just post a forum search link to them...

Uploadly is gone, and the videos posted no longer load

Does anyone else here have a Fileboom account ? If so (or not), does anyone know how to cancel the subscription so it doesn't roll over an extra month, or longer ? There's no clear 'cancel account' option :/

The last question at the bottom of their FAQ page says:

Q. How do I cancel a subscription?
A. To cancel a subscription please click link in your profile.

I don't have a profile there so I can't check to see if that's helpful or not though.
