its hard to find new girls not any girl can just present and talk dirty to guys on the phone. it takes a great deal of talent. i dont think we give the girls enough credit. it is also about making money so if u have a new girl on who is absolutely stunning but cant keep the guys on the phone cause she is crap at phone sex then money is gonna be lost. its all about money. girls with good phone sex skills who can keep the callers on are the ones that should be used

regardless of what's going on on other shows right now with what can only be described as the 'transfer season', Elite still rocks with High Def quality imaging and a wide range of great girls
