News on new channels - Freeview & Sky

They wont be made FTA until Bangbabes actually move epg slot as at the moment it will be encrypted as its currently still showing spice an climax in them epg slots which are adult pay channels. so when Bangbabes finally do move the encryption will be taken off. Freesat is just the same as satellite so when they move an taken off the encryption they will be available in non freesat mode like they are now an there is no babe channels at all on cable. Just though i would correct you Mr Mystery since your post above is very misleading.

Thanks for the info about cable and freesat, and i am sorry if what i posted was missleading , but on sky there is two types of free channels, FTV (free to view) and FTA (free to air) Bangbabes, BS,Elite etc are FTA so can be viewed without subscription or viewing card , but other channels like the sportxxxx channel 945 as well as non adult channels such as "five ,five us ,fiver" are all FTV so you can only gain access to these channels if you are a subscriber to any of the sky packages or if you have a up to date sky viewing card . Channels 901/902/915/916/ are during non encrypted times FTV , so cannot be accessed at any time without a sky subscription or a valid sky viewing card, so unless they change from being FTV to FTA unlike the sport 945xxx and five channels that remain FTV you will only be able to access these shows if you are a sky subscriber or have a valid viewing card

Just checked my sky epg for channel 902 from next monday and it says from 5.30am-10am a show called "the babe show" will be on then from 10am-4pm a show called "gorgeous girls live" will be on , then from 4pm- 10pm a show called "babes in the afternoon""will be on ,all pg rated and then from 10pm -5.30am the show will be called "late night chat",18 rated, so is it a totally new show ? and not just bangbabes/ the pad moving channels, and will BB still remain on their original epg slot,

I think you're all missing the point with the new bang channels lol...... We all remember what happened to Hotel voyeur right??? And arent Bang the ones who just had a massive OFCOM report published against them??? Hmmm i smell an unfortunate month for all those girls (and thats just coz their water just got cut off!!!! haha)

I checked the programme guide and it looks like 902 changes next monday 1st. However 915/6 are still showing Climax3 listings for Monday & Tuesday (the guide doesn't go any further than 7 days in adv)

I'm not sure what's going to happen. If they relocate BB to 912, 915 & 916 it buggers up their phone numbers. They currently end in XXX912/948/959.

But why need 4 or 7 slots? Will there be another reorganisation? The current 66 slots are only half filled. Hotel voyeur's three channels have gone. Angels 914 looks to have died. The TVX phone channels seem to have the same girls on. The 18+ film channesl shut down over Christmas and I expect some of the PPN channels may follow suit. I can see a reduction in the number of channels and the number of slots ahead.

Still a lot of confusion and rumours regarding the 'Coming Soon' banner on Bangbabes, then? The theories so far seem to be that it will either be A, Bangbabes are simply re-locating (something I failt to see the point of). Or B, additional Bangbabes channels (wich again I fail to understand, as they can't fill up the three channels they already have).

I have a third theory to offer up for discussion; Are Bangbabes going to try soft-encyrption?

I have a suggestion for the reason behind the BangBabes move. I have read in another forum a discussion about C4 HD and that Freesat can only list unencrypted channels which are on a certain transponder. The transponder Freesat use is together and shared with the transponders that Sky use but the Freesat specific transponder has a UK only footprint.

I hope this is the reason as I have just ditched Sky and currently enjoy BangBangs via my Freesat box out of Freesat mode. I would hate to lose Emma, Dani and Lynsey. I dont want to spend my freetime watching Cash In The Attic, Jenny Bond and Gloria Hunniford just dont do anything for me.

The Sky EPG now shows nothing for 902 until the weekend. 915/6 &961 look like they finish this weekend as well.

Stan the man may have a point about encryption, and Brit100 may be right about freesat. I expect a major reorganisation this Spring

I'd rather watch Amanda & Emily than ten year old repeats of heavily censored crap any day.
I'd quite like to watch Danica as well, if she ever shows up.

902 Spice Extreme now changed to FTA

My sky EPG now has 902 listed as 'The babe show' Thurs 4th AM at 5.30, going into 'Gorgeous Girls Live' at 10.00.

All change again on my EPG for channel 902, it is now showing from 5.30am-10pm from today and every day up to 9th of March "programs start at 10pm" from 10pm-4am it just says "freeview" also up to the 9th , but from 4am-5.15 am there is a series of 18 certificate adult films also upto the 9th , i wonder what as happened to Bangbabes?
