RE: Serious Ofcom warning for Bang Media
I think from now on pussy slip vids should not be automatically uploaded by posters, as this looks like this is where Ofcom are getting their info on the channels.
If posters notify the forum of pussy slip vids, in a particular thread, members should contact them directly, via, private messages, and have the link posted in there. Thus hopefully keeping these fucking clowns Ofcom, out of the game.

Sorry, but I can't agree with that one.
1. Ofcom don't need to see a video or cap to request a compliance tape, just the mention of it in a post would be enough.
2. I don't think you, I or anyone else would appreciate having to deal with several hundred PM's every time you logged on requesting video links.

RE: Serious Ofcom warning for Bang Media
It's a no-win situation and I really can see both sides of the argument. I used to think the theory that Ofcum were using the forum was bordering on paranoia, but I'm more convinced than ever now that they are. So what's the answer? Like I said, it's a no-win situation. As Stoly so rightly says, Ofcom don't need the clips, just the mention - with that they have the day that 'an incident' worth mentioning on here took place and that's all they'd need to submit their own complaint and on the back of that request the recording.
The only area I wonder about is the way in which Ofcom request recordings. Do they have to provide the channel's producers with details of the alledged offence when requesting a recording? If they do, then the PM system would work, as a post which says "Great moment on Elite last night - PM me for the clip" would not give Ofcom the information they require.
But again, as Stoly says, the uploaders would be flooded with PMs, so that's a no-go again. I really don't see a soloution other than to carry on as normal and just hope time and our campaigns will have an effect.
I would just like to add at this moment how suspicious it seems that Bang Media are being targeted and seemingly singled out on so many occasions.
