Blu Ray Recommendations
Thought i would start a little thread and blu ray films to recommend here's what a few that i have so far that would recommend, will add more once i get a few more, got more loads more Blu Ray Disc's just these are personal fav one's at the moment:

Batman Begins:

Had this on dvd and the blu ray version is a lot better, much richer in colour and more detail and sound quality is amazing, a little fuzzy in places but its a top film.

Batman Dark Knight:

You simply have to get this on blu ray, once again had this on dvd too, and am really glad i bought this on blu ray. Once again the colours and picture details are very rich, sound top notch, They seemed to have made more effort on this one then on the last one, maybe because it was a newer film, plus batman begins was just converted from the hd dvd disc. Good story line and top acting in this film a must buy.

Casino Royale Deluxe Edition:

Being a bond fan had to get this, once again had this on dvd, but the blu ray version just blows it away, you get rich colours and loads more detail which makes the film much more enjoyable and seeing Eva Green in hd yum yum. Loved this film and even tho the next one was good preferred this one. A must buy if your action junkie and a bond fan.

Terminator 2 Skynet Edition:

This is the second version to be released on blu ray, the first version of T2
was crap and was a very poor transfer, so a few months later they released it again and called it skynet edition. You get loads of extras, three versions of the film. For a 90's film it looks really good and this time they have made a effort in cleaning it. the special effects still hold up. colours and picture quality amazing and the picture is so detailed in hd that you can spot the real actor actors from the stunt actors and very enjoyable film, i can't wait for them to release the first one as i know the third one has come out. Just hope they make a effort in cleaning it up.

Star Trek:

This looks amazing on blu ray, if your a sci fi fan or a star trek fan you have to pick this up. Really good film and well acted all the actors act like the original actors. Once again really good picture quality rich colours and you get loads of extras and you get a 3rd disc which is the digital copy. This film is what blu ray was made for.

Supernatural Season 4:

This was my first tv series on blu ray, only got the blu ray version because i heard there was a fuck up on the dvd version, plus i managed to get this one really cheap on the net, in fact cheaper then dvd version for some odd reason. The picture quality is amazing and if i had the money would replace the other seasons i have of this from dvd to blu ray and i would do the same with smallville and 24 too.

Terminator 4:

I know some people didn't like this film but i liked it, it was slow to start off with but once you got into to the film it really kicked ass. Onec again picture quality amazing, colour too and you a certain someone from the previous terminator films in HD and looks amazing, plus the blu ray version is the extended cut and is much longer then cinema and dvd version. You can pick up the blu ray version pretty cheap off the net.

I've ordered the rock on blu ray and should have it in few days. I heard from a 90's film the transfer from dvd to blu ray on this film is really supposed to be very good and i heard the same thing about I Robot.
Wanted to get Ghostbusters and Robocop on blu ray but i've been hearing the transfer from dvd to blu ray isn't very good really pisses me off when they transfer older films to blu ray and don't make any effort in cleaning it on blu ray seeing as HD shows more detail and you see grainy picture quality from dvd to blu ray and also i wish they would make more of effort with extras since blu ray holds more information then a standard dvd.
Hoping that some of my fav films like the Back To The Future films and the star wars films came out on blu ray and given the justice they deserve on blu ray with loads of extras too, with the star wars films i know Mr Lucas ain't too keen on bringing the Star Wars films on blu ray, lets hope he changes his mind one day. Feel free to add you blu ray recommendations on this thread, will be adding more of my own in the future Smile.

RE: Blu Ray Recommendations
I have got about 30 so I cannot be bothered to list them here, but I have to say the best looking one I have seen is 'The Incredible Hulk', I have been told by people they think Wall-E is the best but I don't think it the best (still very good though), Red Cliff also looks fucking amazing. Oh and Halle Berry's boobs on Blu-Ray Swordfish are the win.

You're not for this world, this world is for you.
