Can understand that for producers who are reliant on DVD revenue. But we make far more on TV and Web. DVD is just a promotional tool that earns a few $$$.

Think about it this way - the shops don't have to buy as much new product as they would have to because there's this spiralling vortex of recycling going on so they might only buy 50% of what they would from big or small producers. The smaller producers might be the ones who employ new talent long before bigger companies. eg Avy scott's earliest stuff is shot using the crappest cameras money can't buy anymore, any talent they do use will get paid far less, they may even go untested - risking the whole industry because regardless of how many girls you've got there are still relatively few blokes who can do the job time after time - look how long someone like randy spears has been in the industry. You can take the same analogy to football if the small clubs go under where do the big clubs get their players from. Would you want eight girls turning up for a film tomorrow who've never done a scene before. No matter how crap the latest hollywood blockbuster you bought at hmv is you can't take it back next week so despite their 'pirates are robbing us blind' cries mainstream companies have product flying out all the time and it only gets recycled in charity shops etc.

Fair points. Bottom line is that we can't do anything about it - so best to look for the positives in the situation.

The 4 Babechannels we have bought.
You've bought four babe channels? Which ones are they and when will we see the rebranding?
And can we expect you to challenge ofcom when the time (inevitably) comes?
