TBH, things have been getting steadily more mesed up ever since we won the Ashes. It's as if the whole of English cricket was so intent on winning the Ashes that no-one had given any thought as to what happens next. We've been lacking in focus and direction ever since then.

I'd expect it to be Strauss if it came to that, but more of a problem could be how this affects the dressing room because I'm sure some of them would be unhappy if KP causes Moores to lose his job.

i don't know what the dressing room will be like if moores goes just hope this is sorted and fast

I suppose it all depends if K.P. did it as an ego thing, or if he was just representing the feelings of the squad as a whole. I've just read that Andy Flower would be taking over as interim coach for the West Indies tour and I can't see any of the players not respecting the bloke. He was one hell of a player in his time.
