I understand exactly where you're coming from, but I can see the sense in launching it on Freeview. One of the reasons people like Freeview is because it is a one-off payment rather than a monthly subscription. BS Xtreme fits in with that ethos - you pay for one night's viewing, but you're not tied into anything beyond that. I'm not saying that approach couldn't work on Sky, mind. And I'm sure it's not the only reason Xtreme decided to take the Freeview route

unfortunately the process of putting such a channel on air differs on sky from freeview. if we do indeed expand it onto sky, you will be the first to know

I agree elgar (and bigglesworth) - I believe people will be more inclined to pay for this channel if they are getting a good proportion of something that they can't get anywhere else i.e. significant original and/or live content. Elgar's suggestion would cover both of those. Sort of like T4 for adults . Having said that, it could even be prerecorded, if the channel can get itself organised so content is decided a day or so in advance. I wonder whether any of the girls would want to do it?

You actually introduced a brief moment of rationality there, though I get the feeling brief will be all it will be!

I have an idea for a great presenter Jodie or Toya oh hang on a minute they got rid of them as they no longer need presenters they will have to use Geri every night to present as she is the only resident night presenter they got. LOL

Thanks for explaining, but if Xtreme ever goes to Sky, you should probably tell sweetsugar007 first, as I've only got Freeview
