Rather I believe it is a member of this forum who claims to be a "close, personal friend of Vikki" and is claiming to act on Vikki's behalf.

If you have been asked by Vikki Thomas to file complaints and reports, then that is fine and should be respected.
If you are choosing to make false claims off your own back, then you should realise that this is having a negative effect on Vikki's reputation.

I'm amazed at how quiet this forum has gone this month for Vikki. What happened to all her fans? It also appears her Caps and Pics forum has been removed.
