RE: Playable Game Demo's
Didn't say it wasn't fair to compare them as there both racing games all am saying is that isn't fair to pass judgement until the final product of both games are out, First impression of split second for me were good, but it was only one track, one car, for all i know the final game could have problems like being too short, too easy etc etc, same could be said about blur which does look very impressive from what i heard the demo was only a multi- player only which is a little harder to judge. All am saying is that they should be judged on there final code, there's nothing wrong with having a first impression on game as i said only played one of them and even if i had played both i would reserve judgement till the final game

RE: Playable Game Demo's
yea but its not like either demo will change dramatically from now until release, i was comparing them based on gameplay, simple as. multiplayer or not, they're driving games, so that don't matter. i gave my opinion that i thought blur was better than split/second and you went on to waffle about only demo's yada yada yada, thought the thread was to talk about demos and share our opinions, not just yours.....

well i was basing it on my experiences with demos, if what you say is the case, then its probably just a small percentage that must significantly change.
anyway, my point is still valid and stands, that i can compare gameplay on the 2 demos without having someone trying to negate my opinion....

cheesyboy.
well you are wrong in my case, i was just not happy that he was trying to negate my opinion on which is better based on demos, since this is a demo thread to talk about demos, not full games... plus aren't all people equal in regards to their opinion on here? or do some people get special treatment?
