Is it 'ego' to give recognition to the creators and performers of a performance ? No: it is the convention of film making around the world.

As for his bank balance: well it's doing well enough to bring you 10 new babechannels.

There certainly is a definite Bluebird house style for feature works. Like gonzo, it doesn't appeal to everyone. For those who like it, it sells very well.

Not so much you Mr Ben, but if some people want to think that BB is the product of a rich guy's fun loving - then fine. Just send him 'thank you' notes for providing all that to the world without a care to whether it ever makes any money

The constant delays,the constant lies to fans,the refusals to give previews,be it photos or trailers,
It seems you are against the fans rather than working with them,you do the absolute opposite of what things should be like in "giving the fans what they want"......you alienate yourselves and make the company un-likeable and in the past when fans/customers have made this point you have often insulted them.

The big problem is bluebird ,if you simply just stuck to your word and did as you said,there would be no complaints and your reputation would be alot better,

Be nice if you gave us credit for:
- running a blog with daily updates and masses of free preview pix of everything
- responding to everyone on here and giving you updates
- providing free trailers and other content on Facebook and YouTube
- producing around 150 actual movies a year

and then said "but they don't give you any preview pix or info".

We told you why we were deferring release of the TV Babes XXX content: to coincide with the launch of the TV Channels. We are doing what we said.

We have in fact shot a lot more TV Babes XXX content. It's because of the small minority gathered around Your flagpole that we haven't publicised this.

Our offer stands: you can be watching Mel's 1st hardcore scene (oh yes - there are more) while talking to her on the phone. It's a shame if you don't see why we're offering this: most everyone else does.

Personally couldn't care less whose name appears first on the credits but rocco, nacho, ben and stagliano were all actors for hire long before they were directors or producers. Michael Ninn was employed by vca pictures to direct two films based largely on his direction of music videos - beyond that his name appears first because of how good his stuff was. None of them seem to get drawn into these sort of arguments though do they?

Sorry BB Official, you really do not come across as a great marketing person, many of your replies, when the OP doesnt agree with you or the BB line, come across as condescending and at times arrogant, a bit like a certain Hiwatts post on another forum.

I don' think there are many that disagree BB are putting out a good product, and investing a lot of money in adult, which is a great thing, but as for marketing your company and customer support, it seems most of the staff still have a lot to learn. On the whole your people have ended up alienating many customers with your responses and posts, and even more with delayed promises etc. Also the quality of the technology behind the bluebirdfilms.com website leaves a lot to be desired for such a large company. The product is great, everything else around it is lacking imho. I was a memeber of bluebirdfilms.com for a while then for around 3 or 4 weeks there was no updates as you were moving platforms. Well I know enough on IT to know that with good planning you could roll out a new site seamlessly with zero downtime etc.

Just my opinion of course, regretably still only 2p's worth as I am not as rich as others

Same with me, I was a member till very recently got fed up with only one update in five weeks.

It's ok giving us updates, trailers etc but when you've parted with your hard earned cash I would like to see some of those 150 films a year they are making. If I give a producer $29.99 of my money I expect them at the very least is to give the weekly updates as advertised.

There is doing what you say and doing what you say eventually after changing what you say numerous times,your failings to admit this just make you look even worse.

Do i really have to go back through the archives of both here and bgafd to find your statements and quotes of when these scenes will arrive.
We both know you have given many release dates,it was originally supposed to be a "new years present"i was born in september ...i know id be pissed off if i did get my birthday presents until march.

It seems the general feel of most people i talk to on here is that they feel you are arrogant and condescending and sometimes even abusive.

You cannot seem to grasp why people are upset here,
if you tell people one thing and dont come through they have a right to be annoyed,if you give 4 seperate release dates and fuck the first 3 up but eventually get it right releasing the film 7 months later,its not a great result or an achievement,its a fuck up ,it means you have got it wrong 3 out of 4 times ,75% of the time you messed up.
You seem to think you deserve a big pat on the back from the public because you eventually did what you were going to say.
Its really not good enough.

Your withholding an in demand product which to me is de-valuing it as it makes me alot less likely to part with my money ,the models carry on working,do more shoots,in many cases change(boob jobs,tatts,plastic surgery etc...) and people can go off them,
What was in demand a year ago might not be so much now,

heavenly for instance with the opening of her new website,a new place to find new material and live shows,poor example as with everything she does nowadays the site is awful and lacklustre but the whole tvbabes/glambirds franchise was built on what the fans wanted,even years ago when you started,you were in the bgafd forums asking US what girls we were interested in and how much we would pay to see a scene,the market research was done by us the fans,if its made you alot of money its because we told you what we want and you listened,
were telling you what we want now so try listening as i think 12 months or so ago the public where very much with you and behind you and i think now everybody is just hoping another site will come along with the same idea so we can all jump ship.... and im afraid alot of that is down to you and the rest of marketing, due to the strange ideas you have in customer satisfaction and the way you speak to the customers.

Im sure you will not agree to any of this but im sure all the people your trying to sell the product to will,so either keep pampering your BIG BLUE ego or grit your teeth ,admit you have messed up alot and try and work with the members rather than against them.

If you are interested in what we're up to, that's the place to go. You'll see pics of Anna Lovato from SPRINT, Paige Ashley in CRANKED, photos of our Babe Channel girls, trailers for BONNY AND CLIDE, BATFUCKS, PASSENGER 69, MURDER MYSTERY WEEKEND, SEANCE, and much more. You claim that we are sitting on our product and not sharing it with you, the interested consumer. I can't say that that is the case at all. If you want to be a part of the Bluebird online community, you certainly have numerous opportunities to do so beyond the give and take on this forum.

I also can't say that Bluebird is some lark for a rich dilettante. Everyone works long, difficult hours to produce the content and we want to share it with you. My whole job is to share our company with people like you. I care about it. I'm passionate about it. It's not 3 rich guys sitting around with a camera. It's a LARGE company with facilities in 3 countries.

I understand and appreciate your frustrations as a consumer, but we spend a substantial amount of time attempting to engage and communicate with people like yourself.

bit of a stategic answer there i think bluebird seeing as though you completely ignored my two most prominent points of how you communnicate with the customers in such a poor way often insulting,and the poor way in which you schedule your updates/sites/scenes/dvds etc....
this is the cause of most of the arguements....

although i respect your opinion you have to realise your ( bluebird ) opinion of yourselves is greatly higher than the opinion we the fans and customers have of you.

you cant really tell us what you do and provide as we are the ones who will rate how good a job your doing.....

you seem to do a great job of patting your own back and saying how great you whilst making up cheesey nicknames for your selves while the people who matter...the customers ,are telling you otherwise...seems to be falling on death ears though.
