Partyland Licence transfered to Square1

DTPS (was) Channel 5Broadcasting Limited (now) Square1 Management Limited Partyland

What does this mean for partyland well there still time share with fiveusa and are there still under ofcom rules or can there move to bs mode?

Hope forum members dont mine me posting this here i thoght it os useful information we might see a changes in partyland

Dont Mean much at all just means Channel 5 have transfered it to Square1 Management aka smile tv who hold all the other licensees for the cellcast channels on DDT.

Are ok do you think there rename it BS3.Partyland is tamer then BS channels will this changes?

it will more likey stay as Partyland as that is what is on the licensee. as for the output it will & could run along the same lines as the other channels now that Square1 are now the license hold. as i think then channel 5 held the license they mite have had someing to doing with it bing tam.

This transfer may mean that the Partyland girls are allowed to get naked on freeview the same has the other freeview shows . "Babestation" said on this forum that the show was tamer than the other shows because they leased the channel from another company(channel 5) and had to put out the type of content requested by the licence holder of the channel .

Just had a thought will Partyland now be bombarded with BSXtreme adverts like the other channels ?, i hope bloody not .

That Ofcom page says "July 2010".... So, doesn't that mean BS have had nearly a month to change Partyland's freeview output, if they wanted to?
Or has that page just been published today/this week?

That a good question well all so on that pages above it is virgin1 will become channel1 on 3/9/10 so this might not come in till 1/9/10
