UFC Fan Expo London Earls Court Exhibition Centre on Friday, October 15 and Saturday, October 16.
The names released today are: Ultimate Fighter season 9 finalist Andre Winner, lightweight contender Cole Miller, UFC Middleweight Title challenger Demian Maia, Duane Ludwig, Efrain Escudero, No1 lightweight contender Gray Maynard, Johny Hendricks, Welterweight Title challenger Jon Fitch, Light heavyweight sensation Jon Jones, Top heavyweight contender Junior Dos Santos, the ever-popular Marcus Davis, England’s own Nick Osipczak and Paul Kelly, former middleweight champion and light heavyweight contender Rich Franklin, TUF 9 champion Ross Pearson, heavyweight cult favourite Roy Nelson, elite light heavyweight Ryan Bader, former UFC Lightweight Champion Sean Sherk, heavyweight prospect Stefan Struve, original ‘Ultimate Fighter’ finalist Stephan Bonnar, England’s own Terry Etim, welterweight title challenger Thiago Alves and former PRIDE FC Champions and MMA icon Wanderlei Silva.
“The big guns are coming to London,” said UFC UK Division President Marshall Zelaznik. “We’ve listened to our British and European fans, and brought some of their favourite fighters over to meet them at the Expo. On Facebook and social media, a lot of fans were clamoring for the chance to meet guys like Wanderlei Silva, Roy Nelson, Rich Franklin, Jon Jones and the other stars on this list. We’re very happy to work with our partners Reed to make this happen – and there are more announcements to come regarding the Expo. It is going to be a fantastic two-day event.”
The first-ever UFC Fan Expo London is expected to attract all of the leading MMA vendors covering thousands square meters of space. In addition to training seminars and autograph and Q&A sessions with the world’s best fighters, the UFC Fan ExpoT London 2010 will feature a variety of offerings such as apparel, electronic gaming, food & beverages, fight gear, fitness equipment and supplies, nutritional supplements, lifestyle products and much more.
Thats a good move for Daley, Strikeforce is a decent promotion in the US, their welterweight division isn't the best so if probably when Nick Diaz retains his belt in October i think he may face Daley in his next fight some time in December/January.
Whether Daley or Diaz form that matter can make it back to the UFC i'm not sure, i also think Daley needs to round his game a little.
