The other thing is just because someone is willing to pay more ie Peter Lim doesn't make them the best buyer - financially yes but has he any experience of running anything similar, the others run the Boston red sox - a well established baseball side, a recognisable 'brand' (isn't that what the premier league is all about) and probably comparable to Liverpool in terms of history.

Can't these two appeal? Still, good news for the fans and the club today.

In theory they could appeal, but time's against them and it would be very difficult for them to make an appeal.

I'm following the Guardian blog (they love it!) the whole thing reeks of desperate measures. The restraining order
is full of scribbled handwriting and typos. Doubt it would stand up to scutiny.

How can a redneck judge from texas grant a restraining order against a uk buisness & bank & how can it stand up in uk law??
