Elite must be one of the best places for girls to work

I dont know if anyone else has noticed this but notice how the girls who work at Elite all call it a 'family' and seem to love being there.

Delta White goes on about it all the time and even tries to persuade other girls to go there or tells them how good it is.

Wonder if they need any 20 stone hairy bikers....

I think you're right - there always seems to be that little spark of electricity between the girls too; somehow they all seem so much more natural and comfortable in each other's company than most of the girls on most of the other channels.
There must be something extra-special about Elite as a working environment; have they simply got a happy blend of girls or is it a company ethos filtering through into the girls' performances?

They don't have the pressure of being the "brand leader" like Babestation
They don't have pressure from OFCOM like Bangbabes
They don't have pressure of having to produce a bit better show to make up for looks like the TVX/Babeworld/Sport channels generally do
They don't have the pressure of living up to the hype like the other big one

They are probably running at about 80% of everything we demand (looks, performance, VFM) steadily. Like a comfortable car sitting at 65 on the motorway. Sometimes other channels are better or worse but Elite seems to be pretty much that you know what you are going to get consistently and that is probably a good thing for them and us.

That's why I prefer elite tv, they all seem happy and that always comes across on screen.

There's two girls i would like to ask this question to that would be Sammie pennington & Danica but overall i think it's a great station to watch

I like the 2-4-1 with caty cole & charlie no other station does it better

Yes i agree that the girls that work on elite look happy,comfortable and relaxed which is what makes the channel so good to watch, BUT the number of girls that have left/been fired far outnumbers the ones in the happy elite family and as mritchie10 suggested i doubt they see it as a close family. Its a business trying to make money.

out of all the channels elite does like to have a fun working environment and lets the babes have fun on camera and also off the camera too. But as you say it is a business too, and in elite's terms is highlighted by the fact they now have just 2 babes left who were there when elite started a year and a bit ago, dionne daniels and vikki thomas
