The Chat - General Discussion

i do beleive there is a place for a chat style channel on sky just needs to be in the right place and the 900's ain't the place for it, but for all the people on here saying if they want to chat to someone they'll go and meet their mates, so if you've got such an active social life why do you feel the need to ring a girl in her 20's, when your probably not nowhere near your 20's and 'knock one out' at night or during the day so before you judge people for watching the chat have a look in the mirror and see what you see looking back

just one other thing if the chat does get shut down just remember that 16 people who have lost their jobs just think about that before you start gloating about the chat being threatened with closeure

Heavens, you Chat supporters are a depressing bunch.

These channels are just a bit of fun - nothing more.

considering they don't get bonuses for how many calls they take etc, they, unlike the other channels don't do it solely for the money. If money was their main issue they would work for the other channels in the 900's!!

Don't imagine because these girls keep their clothes on the motivation is any different - the result is just more boring which is why this channel is going down the swanny.

I'm gutted the shows ending! Still don't understand why people have so much hate for it tho it's just a tv show same as eastenders or whatever. If u don't like it don't watch it. of course the girls work for their money but they obviously enjoy it as well and prefer more of a mainstream style of presenting to the other 900 channels. I think most chat girls want to be actresses singers etc where as babestation etc girls are after a glamour modelling or porn career. I guess a few will move to other babechannels & hopefully some will do other tv stuff.
I think

Charlie Layla Hayley and Sophie would do tv like shopping channels etc I guess. Amy and maybe meddy could do underwear stuff but not sure will see babs or Denise anywhere again.
It's a real shame but if it's not making enough money it has to go it's a business after all!
Iv heard the t and t show will be staying so we can still see the some of the girls just not call em I guess.

To be honest you don't know what charlie, bambie and layla is like so don't have a go at them. All I know is when I'm feeling unwell because I've been in hospital Charlie and Bams cheer me up. Yes I have mates as well and did have a parner before she passed away a few years ago. Sophie was the first girl I ever texted or phoned it was halloween 3 yrs ago on another show and I laughted so much. I'll never forget Sophie. And yer I know its fun and it makes me forget I'm ill sometimes, but I guess some of you will never fully understand.
