Since that day my compliance was closely watched by Bang who confirmed that they were happy with it since then (which for me does take a lot of hard work and concentration, as I do tend to get very in to my sex chat and wrapped up in the moment!!!!). The way I’ve always worked is this: I’m given a boundary by the producer in charge that night and I push that boundary to the limit then bring it back again!!!! Many girls work the same, as these boundaries change all the time, so we rely on our producers to set and monitor these for us."

They aren't broadcasting - they are supplying the content that is broadcast. As far as Ofcom is concerned the licence holder is the 'service provider' - in this case, Playboy. As I said way back: that's why Playboy were found 'In Breach' when Elite overstepped the mark on 911 - it was Playboy's licence.

if the producer on that night just kept that cam on jemma's lovely puppies than ofcom cannot do anything about it but has they have shown they dont even follow their own rules. they used webstream braodcasts which were not aired on tv against bangmedia.

fernanda was on early bird there were 2 cams one for freeview/sky the other for the webstream which had a nice close up of her sexy ass. the sky/freeview had her face on at an angel. if the webstream is different to the tv then ofcom are not allowed to use it has it is not covered by ofcom rules. also the net does not belong to anyone. the idea and the coding belongs to one man who does not have ownership of the access to the net.

Absolutely nothing there to suggest that Ofcom used web based content in their sanction(s) against Tease Me/Bang Media.

Ofcom requested Tease Me/Bang to provide them with broadcast footage showing exactly what was broadcast on TV, not the web.

Any decision/sanction is based on the broadcast footage supplied by Tease Me/Bang, or in the instances where Bang failed to supply recordings, they were found in breach of the broadcasting code for failing to supply broadcast recordings.

The only time Tease Me/Bang were found in breach of the code relating to web based content was when they were advertising the url to the previous incarnation of the "bangbabes.tv" website, which was run by a third party.

The problems that Bang have had are nothing to do with what has been shown on the web.

No mention from Ofcom of "thrusting her buttocks to the camera". No mention of "clear anal and labial detail shown", which is consistent with the "web only" footage ...

The idea that "web only" footage was used by Ofcom in this sanction is a theory and guess work of your own making.
